The Government of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Southern Africa Trade and Connectivity project (SATCP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for New installation and rehabilitation of electrical and air conditioning systems for UPS power back-ups for the MRA border crossing points, Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”)

The Southern Africa Trade and Connectivity Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for;
Installation and rehabilitation of electrical and air conditioning for UPS power back system for the Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) crossing border points

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 April, 2024 10:00am . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12th April 2024 at 10:00am

EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR SATCP MATCHING GRANTS

We are aware of the technical issues some of you experienced while attempting to access the SATCP Matching Grants Program website and its resources.
